Thank you. this is a much different experience than I had last year (with a different company) when trying to order these for Christmas. Long story short, I
finally got my money back in February - needless to say, no products every arrived at my house. Based on my transactions so far, I can tell this is a

I just wanted to thank you for providing me with my Snow baby every year. It has turned into a tradition in my family. I always  give my sister in law a Snow baby every year for Christmas. They are soooo cute and is the best gift in the world to give. I recently ordered one and I can't wait to see it! The first one I bought several years ago, I got it from Hallmark but for some strange reason they stopped carrying them so that is when I first found you guys. When I placed the order, I rec'd a response in the confirmaton email answering the question I had asked on the order form.   That impressed me.   I also called twice to ask a couple of questions before receiving my ord and your customer service dept was extremely polite and efficient.  Having worked on the phones w/the public, I know it's not an easy job.  I also know there are customer service people who, despite having the word "Service" in their title, are not friendly and patient like your employees are. Because I was left w/such a good feeling even before I rec'd my first order, I was already inclined to place another order. Receiving your card w/the additional discount was the last little incentive I needed to place my

At a time when I continue to be disappointed by the customer service of everyone around me, just the fact that my candle order arrived on time and was correct and undamaged is a HUGE deal to me! hi, leslie ann - Just a note to say how very pleased i am with my first order from cherry lane keepsakes. my experience was great from the time i found you online, googling pandora-style beads. i was very excited to see your wide assortment of beads, and saw right away two must-haves! i called your customer service # for clarification on a few things, and the rep who answered was very friendly and helpful, measuring & giving detailed descriptions at my request. i ordered on 6/24 and received my order on 6/26, so the delivery was prompt. packaging was great; i was pleasantly surprised to find my order wrapped in blue tissue paper, with each bead in its own tiny zip-lock bag, inside a larger fabric drawstring sack. i had never heard of your company before this, but i'm very glad i found you. i intend to order more beads for my bracelet, and i have already highly recommended your site to my friend who is also starting to build her own pandora bracelet. Your website was easy to use, and included pretty much anything & everything a new customer would need to know. prices seemed competitive. and i like the idea of a "returning customer discount". i'll be ordering again soon.
